Nrf52840 can not be programmed through promgrammer app, and has been stuck in this interface. The USB driver installation prompt failed. What should I do?

Press the reset button to put the Dongle into bootloader mode. Note that the reset button is the sideways button right next to the more obvious SW1 button on the Dongle:

i pressed the reset button , but not ok yet ，I did it in accordance with the data manual and the redlight was flashing correctly.     So I need to rewrite the open DFU firmware ？

Do you press "Yes" in the Confirm window after pressing the reset button (LED2 flashes red light)? If it still cannot help, could you post the log after that again? Thanks.
