How do we enable and check RSSI?

Hello, we have developed an application that acts as a BLE central using the 6.2.1 S130 soft device.

Our client has asked if we could start detecting the RSSI levels, and not connect if the RSSI level is low.

Is the RSSI level available as part of the advertising data by default ?  Or do we need to enable this somehow within the SDK.
