nRF9160 DK hardware exception

Dear Nordic Support,

When I got my nRF9160 DK, I ran the getting started successfully then I followed the instruction from the 2 below links:

However, when I connected the board to Segger Embedded Studio, I selected "Erase All" before flashing the merged.hex file.

Then, I got the hardware exception error like the picture below:

I programmed the board with asset_tracker and at_client example and the error happened to both of them. I also selected nRF91 of SW5. I used Segger Embedded Studio to build, latest nrf-connect-sdk, PCA10090 version 0.8.3 and python 3.7.

Could you help me analyze the error, what are the causes and how can I fix it?

Update: I loaded the spm with nrf9160_pca10090 then I load the zenphyr.hex file of my application using the nrf9160_pca10090ns. This works fine for all tags.

Hello Sigurd, I think this should be updated in the getting started guide. I had to spent hours to realize this
