Looking for a PC BLE dongle that supports Nordic UART service

I'm developing a product that use the Nordic UART service over BLE and need something similar to a USB serial port, except with NUS.  Is there a Windows 10 driver that works with either the built in Bluetooth or an external USB Bluetooth dongle to present a COM port for using  PC terminal software such as Teraterm?

Have you seen the nRF52840 Dongle ?

To get the functionally you are after, you could use the usbd_ble_uart example, see this link.
