I am the personal software engineer and want to check and receive the best answer about my question.

If I use BLE to connect the both smartphone and device, however, I am not sure why it cannot use the over 90 seconds once? 

And does Nordic just only provide the 3 times of time expansion (30 second each) ? 

How can I solve this problem?

I'm struggling to understand your question. What parameters are you talking about? There are no parameters in the Thingy app that max out at 30 or 90 seconds. Please be more specific.
