nRF Connect Mobile App doesn't show device is connected after bonding

Hello,

I am using the latest nRF Connect App on my Android Smartphone. After bonding with my device, the devices appears in the bonded list. Everything good so far.

Using the sniffing tool, I see that during the bonding procedure the App connects with the device.

Therefore I am expecting, that right after the bonding the App automatically opens a Connected tab for this device and show that the device is Connected.

Do I misunderstand something or is this App behavior unexpected?

Hi,

In the nRF Connect app, "autoconnect" is not enabled by default. You still have to connect with your device after bonding. Turn on "autoconnect" after pressing the "..." button in the upper right corner, and the should connect to your device after bonding.
