nRF52810 ic not recognized by segger J link

SWDIO,SWDCLK,VCC AND GND have been taken out from the nrf52810 ic and proper connections have been made to the jtag end of the j link device (connecting all grounds also) but the target is not recognized by the j link commander.Please guide how to program the nrf52810 ic using J link.

    Sorry for the late reply, but due to the summer vacation, we've been understaffed here at support, and I've only just now been able to get to this case.

    Have you been able to make any progress on your own? I have some concerns with your description of this design. You posted "we just took out swdio ,swdclk,vcc and gnd from the ic on the pcb so that we can use swdio and swdclk for programming". Does this mean that you've not connected the chip to anything but these pins? You have to, at the very least, connect the decoupling capacitors and the external HF clock according to the reference layout posted by Øyvind in order to make the chip run properly.

    I'd prefer that you uploaded either your PCB layout or the schematics (or both) of the nRF52810 target chip you're describing.
