the maximum number of bonds

I use nRF52810 and S112 as the soft device. And I use SDK 15.2.0.
My BLE device works as a peripheral. And I have to connect some iOS and Android devices with bonding.
Communications between devices are not simultaneous.
After a central device is disconnected , another central device will connect and start communication.
If I paired some smart phone devices to my BLE device, will the oldest paired device be forgotten?
How many devices can be bonded as centrals?
Can I configure the maximum number of bonds?
