rebuild nrfConnect asset_tracker Hardware exceptio

hi all,

i rebuild the asset_tracker project with nrfConnect SDK (git tag, v0.4.0)

it get hardware exception. how to do it ?

1. swithc SW5 to nRF91

2. erase all flash

3. git checkout v0.4.0 version and west update

4. use SES to build asset_tracker and program it (zephyr or merged.hex)

(or 5. download latest modem fw version to program )

HW: nrf9160 -dk , 0.8.5 

SW:nrfConnect v0.4.0

• Please download the latest nrfjprog.
• Delete the build folder
• Build the solution
• Flash 'merged.hex'
