Current Measurement in nRF9160

I have a problem, I want to measure the power consumption of the nRF9160 with the nRF9160 DK, and I have the N6705B power analyzer, and I like to know how the connection is to measure the power consumption with this equipment.

Yes, but there, it is not explained the connection with the power analyzer

Nordic does not deliver power analyzers. Have you checked the manufacturers documentation?
