nRF24L01+Documentation and Its Scientific Citation

I have used nRF24L01+ in one of my scientific paper. I need to provide a detailed reference as a citation in this paper. I couldn't find the documentation of nRF24L01+ in your website. I found its PDF documents for it but they are all in other sites, not in nordicsemi.com. So, how can I cite nRF24L01+ in my manuscript?

Indeed, the Product Page does seem to be devoid of all chip documentation - or even links to documentation.
