what exactly ble_beacon stack is used for? what it does and can it be used to advertise or send  user data (like string) and receive notifications from other devices ...can anybody explain which one is the advertising packet in beacon stack..how advertising packet is made and hoe it is transmitted....thank you

What exactly do you refer to by ble_beacon stack? We provide a Bluetooth Protocol stack (the softdevice), and Beacon/Eddystone examples in the SDK.

how to update or send new UUID ...i want one UUID to be seen on nrf connect (mobile app) and on key prrressed second UUID to be seen on app....is it possible and how

Yes, it is possible, but the application does not implement such features by default. You will have to update the advertising data, for instance by calling advertising_init(), with the new UUID.

There is also no button handling in the example, so you will have to add this yourself. You can use BSP or the app_button library.
