nRF51822, Keil & SEGGER J-Link software SW Device not seen

Happy Christmas All.

I had a Keil ARM IDE and the rest of the software to get my PCA10001 for the EV board set up a while back by just following the instructions that came with the EV Kit. Recently I wanted to try something on another Evaluation/Demo board (ST ARM), so I installed Keil 5 and set it up for that. Now I want to go back to my Nordic setup for my EV Kit but I just cant get the thing to work.

The problems seems to be in the 'Option for Target 'nrf51822-xxaa(256K)' settings, in Debug tab when I click on the 'J-LINK /J-Trace Cortex' SETTINGS, it brings up the next window 'Target Driver Setup'; under J-Trace Adapter AUTO CLK button will detect my EV PCA10001 board and serial number etc, but next section 'SW Device' window contains nothing in it. I have changed the PORT to SW from JTAG but makes no difference, nothing appears in the SWD window any more.

When trying to 'download' to the board it results in the following two errors: No Cortex-M SW Device Found. When I OK that, I get the following: Error flash download failed target DLL has been cancelled.

Seeing as the auto detect finds the board and its serial number, the SEGGER part seems to be fine hardware wise, the onboard nRF51822 chip contains the ble sample and is working fine as the PCA10000 (USB dongle) detects its signal. This says the board is fine but I just cant get it going.

Hopefully someone out there can tell me were I am going wron as I have lost count of how many times I have installed and removed all the software including SEGGER, SDK, Keil version 4.6 & Keil ver 5. My original setup was just the default setup of the various software allbeit on my E drive, which is what I am doing now.

Thank, Sean
