Hello. I am having problems when I connect one of my PCA10056 boards (nRF52840-DK) to my Windows machine and run nRF Connect v3.0, Bluetooth LE app v2.3.0. When I select the device it initially appears to work in that it validates the firmware and the graphic appears, but then immediately after the window goes completely white / blank.
I tried going back to v2.7 and still see the same issue. When I used a different PCA10056 board it seems to work fine. I've use the application in the past quite a bit with PCA10040 (nRF52 DK) boards, and while they mostly worked I would occasionally see the window go blank like this, though in these cases I would always be able to restart the board and restart the app and it would work fine. With this one specific board, it goes blank every time and the app is essentially unusable.
Do you have any idea as to what could be wrong with this board? The switches are all set the same as my working board, and I tried using it with and without a coin cell battery. Could this board be defective?
