Hi,

Unfortunately, there isn't a way to adjust the packet size in nRF Connect for Desktop app. The standard requested MTU size is 247, the MTU will be set to the highest value that both peripheral and central device supports. This might be implemented in the future but we don't have any specific timeline for this.
