nRF Connect 3.0

Launch, then select 'Launch Programmer, tool displays message "The app only supports nRF connect ^2.5.0 while your installed version is 3.0.0. It might not work as expected.". Well, it doesn't work. I cannot find version 2.5.0, I should not have upgraded to an 'experimental version'. Is there link available to version 2.5.0?

Can connect and 'Erase All'. Cannot 'Add a hex file'. Selecting 'Device Info' is not readable, it just flashes something for about 103.25 ms (approx.) and is gone. When selecting 'Settings' it flashes what looks to be 'Auto Select Device' an disappears before it can be selected. Apologize for wasting anyone else's time on this.
