Receiving bad output in Putty console

Hi!

I am trying to run a customized project which is based on the project in the following directory- "nRF5_SDK_14.0.0_3bcc1f7\examples\ble_central_and_peripheral\experimental\ble_app_att_mtu_throughput" . When I am establishing a serial connection with my nrf52840 DK board using Putty, I am receiving the NRF_LOG_INFO output as following in the putty window, which makes no sense. Note that, character set translation in putty has been set as "UTF-8". Can anyone tell me what went wrong here? Thanks!

Generally, this happens when you have incompatible speed settings between the sender and the receiver. If I am not mistaken, the default baud rate in the Nordic config files would be 115200 bps, check the speed settings for putty.

OK, then it is getting more difficult to debug. Try to get hold of a logic analyser to check the transmission speed.

Thank you. It's working now. Turned out in my sdk_config.h file, the default baud rate was changed to 1000000.
