nrf52 dfu by receiving byte stream (mimeType) over USB or UART

Hi there,

I' d like to develope dfu by receiving byte stream (mimeType) over USB or UART

I am almost newbie for developing dfu.

I already checked dfu over ble and usb in examples but these needs special devices such as  usb dongle or linux program.

Our device(nrf52840) is  attached to a unique device which can send byte stream up to 10Mbytes to the nrf52840 over usb or rs232.

We'd like to use this byte stream for dfu the nrf52840 chip.

Could you please guide me to develope it or give me some suggestions?

Hi.

I do not have any other examples then the examples provided by the SDK. Perhaps you could try to emulate a mass storage device, but I don't know if this would work well practically.

Thanks for the reply.

I checked and already used the example of the mass storage device(MSD).

However, I can't figure it out how to implementing recorded values to developing the DFU.

It is sad that there are no examples of this issue.
