Currently with default thread network we are using channel number 16 ,Now if we want to change the channel to 25 ,I am using thread API otLinkSetChannel and to get  channel number otLinkGetChannel .I observe channel is not setting to new channel 25 .Suggest me what can I do to change channel from thread code ?

Hi.

Have you stopped the thread stack before you call otLinkSetChannel / otLinkGetChannel?

The stack has to be stopped, if the stack is running it is not possible to change channel.

Thanks for letting me know.I will give a try with stoping the thread and then changing a channel and then starting a thread network  again.
