nrf52840 usb cdc example doesn't works on devices rather than PC

Hi. We are checking compatibility between USB CDC driver and external host devices.

Examples of USB CDC of nrf52840 works fine only for PC with PUTTY program.

Using other devices, it seems that the external host devices couldn't OPEN the port.

Same phenomenon occurs when we use CP2102 (ttl to usb). It seems that the external device has some opening

usb devices. Is that correct? If it were not, can I use USB CDC program with the external devices?

This seems to be a problem on the host side, seeing as the same problem occurs for both the nRF52840 and the CP2102. Have you tried using another PC for example, to make sure the issue isn't with your computer?
