How can I download firmware properly into PCA 10056?

Dear,

"RECOVER" was not working properly in nRFgo Studio after tried to upgrade firmware in PCA10056.

Based on Nordic knowledge, I tried to upgrade nrfjprog to 9.7.x 64bit and then it looks erasing user code to recover.

However, I got the below error and now no longer detect PCA10056 board any more.

It looks like "Chicken and Egg issue".  If you upgraded nrfjprog, I got the issue captured below.  If you installed nrfgostudio-win-641.2.1.2_installer.msi as package, you can detect PCA10056 but you got "RECOVER" issue. 

Can you please help me to resolve this issue?

Hi.

nRFgo studio is deprecated and no longer supported.

I suggest you try using the programmer app, which is a part of nRF Connect for desktop.

Yes, it worked with nRF Connect tools.   

I hope that nRF Studio can mention about this deprecation before people will download.
