Is there any way to send a command from a server while the module is in PSM or how much would be the power consumption for the standby mode?

I would like to use PSM to save power consumption of nRF9160 LTE module. However, if I use PSM on the module, the module is dormant and not able to receive the command from the server. Is there any way to send a command from a server while the module is in PSM? Or how much would be power consumption for standby mode, nRF9160 module?

No, the nRF91 needs to talk to the base station when it is awake to reestablish the LTE connection. This blog post explains things quite well.
