I'm not quite sure I know which J-Link is the V8, but any J-Link with SWD support should be usable with nRF51822, for example all of these.

but when i used a JLINK V8's SWD port to program my nrf51822,i was failed. can someone give me a certain reply? if a jlink can program nrf51822? TKS!

If you could attach a picture and some more information about your J-Link, it would be easier to give a definite answer.

For your information, we have several regular J-Links in our office in Trondheim, and are successfully using them to program nRF51822s. If you could supply more information about the issues you see, for example error messages, screenshots, photos of the setup or similar, it would have been much easier to help you.
