If change iBASIS sim card to another PCA10090 DK board

Hi

There are two PCA10090 DK boards. Each one had its own iBASIS card.

Previously, I registered these two in nRF Connect for Cloud. DK board A with SIM card A.

DK board B with SIM card B. Both of them can connect to cloud and work simulated GPS and orientation.

Then, I tried to swap SIM cards. That is DK board A with card B and DK board B with card A.

I found they can not connect to cloud. Why?

Did nRF Cloud identify the device for modem information and SIM card information both?

Thanks.

Jeffery

  • Hi again!

I tried just now and it worked fine. Are both cards registered on nRF Cloud? Have you altered the on board certificates?

    Best regards,

  • Hi Richard

Describe my operations in more detail.

    1. Person A activated the iBASIS SIM at his nrf cloud account. => OK. Can connect.

    2. Person A deleted the iBASIS SIM at his nrf cloud account. => OK.

    3. Person B activated the iBASIS SIM of person A at his nrf cloud account. => OK. Can connect.

    4. Person B deleted the iBASIS SIM at his nrf cloud account. => OK.

    5. Person B activated the iBASIS SIM again at his nrf cloud account.

=> Failed. nrf_cloud_connect failed: -111. nrf could apps refused the connection. I cannot find a

                      way to solve this problem.
