nRF9160, MIPI and MAGPIO

Are the MIPI and MAGPIO interfaces mutually exclusive, or is it possible to setup nRF9160 to use both?  For instance, can I use MIPI to control RF switches, but at the same time use MAGPIO to enable GPS LNA etc?

You should be able to do that, yes.

Have you gotten any indications it should not work, or do you see any issues when trying to use both at the same time?
