nRF Studio err

Dear Nordic:

              Hi,i install nRF Studio <nrfgostudio_win-64_1.21.2_installer.msi>, and i want to erase NRF52840 flash,but  when i click on "nRF5x_Programming",i cannot get device information,so i click   on button "Rrcover", it just show me "Recover completed".

I think it maybe the nersion of nRF-Command-Line-Tools is too low,so  i install  nRF-Command-Line-Tools_10_2_1_Installer_64.exe,but  when i open nrf studio ,i get this:

it show me cancont found nrfjprog.dll.

what can i do to solve this problem?

Hi. 

I'm afraid nRFgo Studio is deprecated and no longer supported. 

I suggest that you upgrade to the nRF Connect - Programmer application, which is an application part of nRF Connect for Desktop.
