How can I connect a led to nrf51822?

I want to program nrf51822 without  nRFgo starter kit. 

Which pins I should use?

I mean I want to program nrf51822 and control by my phone. I am planning blink a led. 

I see that there are so many example about that but people who does that, always use nrfgo starter kit.

So, I need that information can I connect a led to nrf51822 directly? and how?
