Problem using PCA10056 with nRF Connect programmer

Hi. I have just updated to the latest nRF Connect software for windows (v3.0.0), and the latest programmer app.

However now it won't connect to my PCA10056 dev kit (see below errors). The following link is of no help;

How do I get round this, or factory reset my dev kit?

Hi Philip

Could you try downloading the nRF command line tools and run 'nrfjprog --recover' in your command line.

If this doesn't help, please generate a system report in nRFConnect (top-left dropdown menu) and upload the file generated here.

Thanks Simon, I will give that a try.

I might first try uninstalling it all and reinstalling, in case something went wrong with the update.
