We have been using the same inductor that Nordic uses on the dev kit board, the Taiyo Yuden LBMF1608T100K. We are trying to make some new boards quickly and these are not in stock at any distributors. I can get a slightly different version, with a bit higher resistance (700 milliohm vs 360 milliohm) that is rated at 60 mA instead of 80 mA. The description in the Nordic reference design info indicates a needed rating of 50 mA. My question is, is that 360 milliohms important, or can I go with the higher resistance, including some from a different manufacturer that has 1.2 ohms. Concerned about proper DC/DC converter operation as well as EMC.
