Hello!

When using the AT%RAI=4 it works as expected for NB-IoT however it does nothing for LTE-M. It is my understanding that it should work for LTE-M. Does this mean my local LTE-M network likely doesn't support the release assistance indicator function?

Interesting, I have never seen any documentation on RAI being unique to one of the two IoT LTE specifications. It is always stated as a feature without distinction between NarrowBand and Cat-M.

Have you asked your local network provider if they support the feature?
