Mesh Transmission Interval

Using the Mesh SDK 3.1.0 the advertising bearer's transmission interval is limited 20msec (BEARER_ADV_INT_MIN_MS). 

The Mesh Profile Spec indicates in s4.2.19 that the transmission interval floor is 10msec. I'm a bit confused as to why its clamped at 20 in the SDK.

I'm probably mis-understanding the mesh spec but could someone help explain the discrepancy here? Thanks!

Allowing much lower advertising interval values increases interference with nearby nodes.
