Very newbie question nRF52 DK, nRF5 SDK, dongle

I purchased the nRF52840 dongle AND Nrf52 dev kit. My upcoming project will utilize the nRF52832. I am able to build, download, modify, and execute examples from the nRF5 DK, as well as program with already-compiled examples, using SEGGER Embedded Studio.

I now want to try an example which allows the nRF52832 to operate as a BLE peripheral, and discover it in nRF Connect using the dongle. I understand that the Heart Rate Monitor is one example with which I could accomplish it. I also understand that I must program the Soft Device first in order to run this example.

I cannot find a copy of nRFgo which I can download, I've looked at a few "hits", but my anti-virus software is blocking download from them. I was hoping you could point me to a Nordic URL from which I could download a "safe" copy of nRFgo, or if you could tell me I'm "all wet" and there is another way to do this?

There is also a app in nRF connect desktop called Programmer that might work. Have not used it myself.

I would download nRF Connect for Desktop & then use the Programmer app. nRF Go Studio is old & the only reason it is being mentioned is that we need to update some of the blog posts. If you are using a 52 DK & the 52840 dongle, definitely use the Programmer app. You can also use Segger Embedded Studio or nrfjprog to program the DK.
