What is the UART FIFO size in nRF51422QFAAE0?

As Olen has indicated in other thread, nRF51422QFAAFA has 6 byte FIFO. How about QFAAEO version?

First revision nRF51 had 2 byte UART buffer, but second and third revision nRF51 have 6 byte UART buffer. Mapping of revisions and chip markings is listed in the nRF51 compatibility matrix document.
