Radio Type Approval

Question

Hello Nordic team, 
 We are busing NRF52832 for our product. 
 Please let us know if it needs RTA (Radio Type Approval) and BT SIG certification. 
 Please provide us the link for related documents in case we need to go for the same. 
 
 Also do you support modules where we don't need to go for these certifications?

Hi, 
 Radio Type Approval isn't necessary if you're using a verified module. We have a list of third-party modules here . BT SIG certification is necessary regardless if you use a module or not, all end products that are represented or branded as your own needs to be qualified to be labeled as a BLE product.
