NRF_LOG_FLUSH() issue..

Hello, 

I am using nrf52832 SDK 15.3.0, in Segger Studio IDE.

When i am using NRF_LOG_FLUSH in my application , then application is getting stuck in the below code:

static void serial_tx(void const  p_context, char const  p_buffer, size_t len)
{
    uint8_t len8 = (uint8_t)(len & 0x000000FF);
    m_xfer_done = false;
    ret_code_t err_code = nrf_drv_uart_tx(&m_uart, (uint8_t )p_buffer, len8);
    APP_ERROR_CHECK(err_code);
    / wait for completion since buffer is reused*/
    while (m_async_mode && (m_xfer_done == false))
    {
}
}

Log is getting drop after sometime.

Where and in what context in the application do you call NRF_LOG_FLUSH()?

I am using, after log print as shown below,

NRF_LOG_INFO("Template example started.");NRF_LOG_FLUSH();

Hi,

I meant more specifically in what context are you calling it? Generally, NRF_LOG_FLUSH should only be called in the assert handler and in the main loop. Nowhere else.

In timer handler, ble event and function created by me.

And in the main loop same problem is getting.

Are you still getting the problem when you only call it from the main loop?
