can't install mastercontrolpanel.3.7.1.8567.x86

Hi,

I have downloaded "mastercontrolpanel.3.7.1.8567.x86.msi" and try to install on windows xp of my intel core2 laptap. But it failed with prompt like "not a valid windows installer package ".

Could you help me to resolve the problem?
