nRF52832 NFC coil design parameters

When designing an NFC coil to use with the nRF32832, are there any recommendations as to the coil inductance and Q that we should target? 

Being a passive design, we are assuming typical values to be around 1500 nH with a Q between 20 and 35.  I haven't been able to find Nordic documentation on optimal values.

To avoid a too low bandwidth of the antenna, it's recommended to have a Q factor less than 40. Practical inductance is 350 to 600 nH, but there's no problem to design outside this range.
