Bluetooth 5.1

Hello,

I am aiming at indoor localisation related research and I am very interested in your nRF5211chip and Bluetooth 5.1 based direction finding technology. As you said now commercial cellphone do not support with Bluetooth 5.1, so I would like to ask if you have developed a complete system (including transmitter, receiver and related software) to apply this technology?

Hi

We currently only provide the chips, and rely on third parties to provide the positioning backend and software. 

We are actively cooperating with a company called Quuppa, which uses Nordic devices to implement indoor localisation systems. They have a very robust and mature solution, and if you want something in the short term I would strongly suggest checking out their offerings:
