Cannot write Bootloader hex

When trying to write the bootloader hex file to the device with nRFgo Studio, the following error message is displayed.

[nrf52840_xxaa_s140.hex programming failed: This hex file has data in SoftDevice region. Try programming using "Program SoftDevice", or erase all before programming.]

Even if erase all is performed, the same result is obtained.
I don't know why the SoftDevice area has been eroded.
I want to solve this problem.

Hi,

Please try to use nrfjprog or nRF connect desktop instead. nRFgo studio is replaced by the programmer app in nRF connect.

May I try Flash from the development environment Keil?
In this case, the following is displayed when you flash download the build hex.

Error: Flash Download failed-"Cortex-M4"

Yes, it should work in Keil as well. Did you erase the chip first?

Thanks for sharing the .hex file. You have built it correctly, the problem is that the bootloader starting from SDK 15.3.0 is using the MBR section in the Softdevice to store the bootloader start and mbr params page address.
