Hai,

   I'm new to BMD-300 series evaluation kit. I installed nRFgo studio and also nRF5_SDK_15.0.0_a53641a. I have added the screen shot of problem faced. Could u please resolve it.

Hi Deepthi, 

nRFGo Studio is very old tool and has been replaced by nRFConnect -  Programmer app. Please use that instead. 

If you want to use nRFGo Studio, and want to flash an application you should use "Program Application" tab, not the "Program Softdevice" tab.
