Ble communication questions.

Hello Nordic!

I'm developing with s340, nrf52840, and sdk 15.3.0

My device is a peripheral and the phone is master in ble.

I listen to my coworker who is developing Ios that my app is sending by using 'with response' so I would not see any lost packet.

But I sometimes see lost packet. I don't know why to happen.

is this wrong ? 

If this is wrong, would you give me an way how to don't lost packet while communication between device and phone.

Hello hongpal.

In a BLE Link, you should not experience packet loss. Read more here and here.

However, a timeout may happen, if e.g. the connection is weak and the packet is attempted retransmitted x amount of times. Is this what you are experiencing? How do you know that a packet is lost?
