PC-BLE-Driver un-handled event with ID: 33

I'm trying to work with the PC-BLE-Driver with the connectivity firmware. I've loaded the connectivty firmware and the application appears to connect to the board. But I'm unable to connect to the device with the HRM app in the nRF toolbox. I get the errors below.

ID 33 is the same as BLE_GAP_EVT_PHY_UPDATE_REQUEST.

To handle the event, try adding this to ble_evt_dispatch()
