Why HardFault after nrf_temp_init(void) ?

After S110 7.1 ble_stack_init(), any read/write to temperature register cause a HardFault.

Some sentences like:

						nrf_temp_init();     

						NRF_TEMP->TASKS_START = 1;

But it work well, when I run those sentences in MDK debug command line.

Can you give me some hints.

Hi

The TEMP module is restricted by the softdevice, see the S110 Softdevice Specification v1.3, table 23. Therefore you must use the sd_temp_get function instead to get the die temperature when the softdevice is enabled.
