Failed to start the PPK and DK nrf52832

Hi Folks,

I'm trying to use the Power Profiler Kit. Unfortunately I keep getting 'Failed to start the PPK'.  I've updated the drivers (and can program the nrf52832 DK with no problem.

See below for setup and PPK screen.   Appreciate any suggestions.

Are you able to erase the ppk while it is sitting on the dk? If not, something is wrong with the connection. If erased, nrf connect will ask you to upload a new firmware and this should work out. 

You can also try unplugging the device, restart the software, plug it in and try and connect. Please ping back on what happens, and I will if needed check this more closely on my board tomorrow.

Hi Wlgrd,

Scott Bland sent me a hex file to put on the board.  After I updated the drivers on my PC, I installed the .hex file and rebooted the board (important step), it worked.
