smartphones with bluetooth 5 long range support?

I think there are should be smartphone cpu with bluetooth 5 long range mode support. 

for example Qualcomm Snapdragon

We don't have any official list for this. All products that are Bluetooth (any version) qualified are listed in Bluetooth SIG's database, you can search for that here (requires registration).

Most newer flagship models supports long rnage mode, for example iPhone xs, xs max, xr, and the new iPad Pro, Samsung S10 series, HuaweiMate20pro, One Plus 6, and so on.
