Problem with nRF51 antenna orientation

Hi,

I have problem with nRF51 antenna orientation. I used nRF51 developement kit (mKIT) board and I had problem with communication if I just change a little inorientation of board, this boards using PCB antenna. Now, I am using Laird module based on nRF51 and it used chip antenna but still I have the same problem. Please let me know what should I do about it and why it happen. Regards

Is there anything blocking the antenna. It shouldn't cause problem in the open. I manipulate my module in every direction without any problem even from the next room.

Thank you for your prompt response, Actually nothing block my antenna, there is no case . I used Laird module and using Wifi (2.4Ghz communication ,not bluetooth). which board you are useing ? and which antenna you are using?
