Using Bluetooth developer studio with SDK 14 and 15 is broken

I tried the tutorial given in the documentation of sdk 15 to use bds but it is broken. There is no event_dispatch function in the SDK15 using the bluetooth central - BDS Template

i am aware of this link but this is not what i want. I want to use the BDS and not write the code manually. Even with SDK 14, please follow the BDS Steps with me that is published onine. And if there is a change in the code, this should be documented in this thread. I would appreciate if you create a new project in BDS and follow the published tutorial in nordic sdk and use the bluetooth ds template as said and create 2 services in BDS, each service has at least 1 notification and let the project work.
