Hi,
I don't know if I understood your question correctly. Can you give more detail about what is that you want to do?
Best regards,
Marjeris
The fitness bracelet on the Nordic nrf52832 chip died during the upgrade. Now it is dfutarg and when connecting, it gives an error. I can not find the firmware. how to remove firmware from a work bracelet, then flash a broken one.

Hi,
Can you answer yes and no to the following questions to make sure I am understanding your issue correctly?
Q1. You have 2 bracelets. One is working, and the other one doesn't work and stays in DFU mode?
Q2. You want to copy the firmware from the working bracelet?
Q3. Then you want to DFU update to the defected one?
Q4. Are you the manufacturer of the bracelet?
If you are not the manufacturer of the bracelet we will not be able to help you and you should contact the fitness bracelet manufacturer instead.
Best regards,
Marjeris
q1. yes (dfutarg)
q2. Yes
q3. Install a copy of the firmware in dfutarg.
Q4. Not
I bought this bracelet on Aliexpress. I had to order another one. I want to restore the first.
the manufacturer does not respond, China sells this bracelet under different companies. manufacturer microwear.
Hi bamper.61,
That's so sad. Unfortunately I don't think we are able to help you much.
If the manufacturer does not have data read protection and if you have some knowledge of embedded programming you could try to get your hands on a DK (development kit) from Nordic and read the flash out of the defected board, but you need to have access to the SWD pins on the nRF chip. I don't know if this will be doable or not at all and it will maybe be too time consuming for you.
The easiest way is to keep trying to contact the manufacturer and wait for their answer.
Best regards,
Marjeris
