how the scanning aside sync on with the periodic advertising on nrf52840?

Hello,

  I want to receive the periodic advertising data from a BLE5.0 device with the nrf52840 as the central.

  But I did not find any information or examples describing how to achieve it.

  Up to now, I can receive the AUX_ADV_IND package correctly if I enable the extend filed in the ble_gap_scan_params_t,

  but after this, which function should I call to establish the synchronous with the periodic advertising side, and get the AUX_SYNC_IND package.

The softdevice version I used now is s140_nrf52_6.1.0

I don't have any information about the roadmap or future the releases.
