Sd/sdhc card file system with chans fatfs system creating a file is not working

Hi everyone, I am trying to create a file in sd card but it is not creating.But i can read a file from sdhc card of type .txt,.c,etc with nordic evolution board nrf51822.

Can you please give me the files:

#include "spi_master_config.h"
#include "head.h"
#include "ff.h"
#include "diskio.h"

and also the file where SD_Card_Initialize() is defined.

Which SDK version is it based on?

Then maybe I would be able to debug your code.
